We have a 14-day return policy - you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must remain in it's original condition.
To begin the returns process, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out the online contact form with your order number, the item(s) being returned and reason for return. We will send you a free return shipping label, followed by instructions for delivery. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the product is found to be defective or damaged, followed with photographic evidence, so we can rectify the issue accordingly. If you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can amend this. You will not need to return the incorrect items.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Please contact us if you have any queries concerning any of our products. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
We do not offer exchanges.
We will notify you once we have received your return and issue a refund immediately onto your original payment method. Please note that this can take up to 5 working days to process.
